492 new PhD fellows fundamental research and strategic basic research

From the end of August to the end of September, 32 panels fundamental research and 26 panels strategic basic research conducted interviews with 838 PhD candidates. These panels had already selected these candidates during a written phase from 2.076 applicants.
The expert panels were able to award 313 PhD fellowships fundamental research and 179 PhD fellowships Strategic Basic Research.
We thank all the researchers for their dedication and effort in submitting high-quality research projects. We wish the starting researchers lots of success.
